Cedera yang dialami cukup parah hingga harus mematahkan pergelangan tangannya.“Saya sempat cedera sekitar 1 bulan lalu dan saya ingin kembali ke atas motor dengan baik. Karena itu saya sudah berlatih fisik banyak dengan keras agar bisa mendapatkan feeling yang baik kembali dengan motor,” ujar Fabio Quartararo pada 17 Januari 2023 di Jakarta.
