radarutama.com – Produsen obat sirup Unibebi PT Universal Pharmaveutical Industries melaporkan PT Logicom Solution ke Polda Sumatera Utara (Sumut) atas dugaan penipuan terkait penyaluran bahan baku obat.
Universal Pharmaveutical melalui kuasa hukumnya, Hermansyah Hutagalung menuding Logicom Solution sebagai pemasok bahan baku telah melakukan penipuan. Hal ini menyusul ditemukan adanya cemaran etilen glikol (EG) pada obat sirup Unibebi yang melebihi ambang batas.
“Segera setelah kami mengetahui hasilnya melewati ambang batas aman, kami langsung bersama dengan pak Boedjono Mulyadi membuat laporan ke Polda Sumut. Kami melaporkan penyalur bahan baku PT Logicom yang telah memberikan bahan yang kami anggap sebagai bahan baku melewati ambang batas aman,” kata Hermansyah, ditulis Minggu (30/10/2022).
Hermansyah mengklaim selama ini Universal Pharmaveutical selalu menjaga agar produknya tetap aman. Pihaknya kemudian menduga ada penipuan dari pihak pemasok bahan baku.
“Karena kami menguji sampel. Jadi kami menganggap bahwa dia sudah melakukan penipuan atas perusahaan kita,” ungkapnya.
Bukti yang menguatkan pihaknya untuk melaporkan pihak Logicom Solution atas tindak penipuan lantaran hasil lab dan sertifikat milik Logicom tidak sesuai.
